I find this is true as the baby boomers retire in mass, leaving the old ways of doing business behind. Gen X is used to survival as well as thriving, while not being in the spotlight. Gen X’ers are comfortable with the old ways while simultaneously using the new ways and making a path for both. The 2020s will be a tumultuous time where leadership will be needed. Gen X – it’s your time!
